When u want to talk with NPC ( Faily Telering dumb to lumbridge ) Slayer Master. And your lvl 105 combat can u talk to her then or how does it work when u use NPC Talk with lunar magic? Or do you automaticly talk to slayer master u belong to so at shilo village??

I don't understand hardly any of that, you need more English lessons.

But when you use the spell you get an option of like 6+ NPCs to talk to.

AS Matty said, you get a list of people you can talk to so you can select your own slayer master.
