Dunno if it helps but when I used to play 150-200k xp an hour was feasable

each run lasts 5minutes....so theoretically you could do 12 runs an hour, though if you include banking etc its probably gonna end up being 9-10 an hour. not sure on the xp per hour though

At 77 you can get about 150k xp an hour. At 81+ you can get about 200k wp an hour and at 91+ you can get about 250k xp an hour (unless your RuneScape name is jackusbuddus
). You should be able to do at least 10 trips an hour. You'll lose some time finding the right door and banking so you won't get 12 trips an hour.
