you can trade...? just not so someone gains 3-30k of profit...

You might want to check the knowledge base as you clearly missed a lot. =/

You can no longer give stuff away (unless it's 3k-30k depending on the amount of quest points you have).
You also have to offer the market price for items (or 3-30k more or less).

You can still get bigger differences if you use the GE though.
