    Default Updated Values From Trade Rooms

    Pillow - Many People are starting to trade it for 0.5's.
    Throne Sofa - Everyone I saw is trading it for 4HC.
    White/Silver BB- Everyone was struggling to sell theirs, Maximum of 3 HC.
    Yellow Parasol - Traded frequently for 1HC.
    Green Parasol - Traded frequently for 1HC.
    Nordic Table - Most people trading for 0.8 0.9HC.
    Blue Amber- All blue ambers were traded for 1.5HC.
    Petal Patch- The Majority of people traded Petals for 2.5HC.

    I am sure of these values as everyone is using them.
