    I believe this started like 2 yeas ago.
    I think its silly really, taking someone to court because someone made a bot for an online game then sold copy's of it AND they want all the profit he made. ;0
    I just think its silly. ;P

    Its old news in the way that so many people have posted about botting and blizzard sueing them.

    Blizzard argued that Michael Donnelly's tool also infringed the End User License Agreement that all parties have to adhere to when playing the game.
    Enough said, Blizzard have the text and therefore they've won.

    People who use bots are just lazy. =/ I don't see the fun in letting a bot do everything for you anyway. =/ If you cba to train to level 70 manually just buy an account on eBay lol.

    My mates dad sits and reads them, takes him about 2 hours. XD
    If he buy a new game he always reads the T&C its like ***. ;P
