Throne Sofa: Rollercoaster of Value

Im either crazy or imagining things, but yestarday towards the latter part of the day (keep in mind i live in the U.S) i was going from each Rare trade room and finding the throne sofa sold for 4 hcs and a mocha or 4 hcs and a small rare! Here were my findings in order-

-4 hcs (sold throne sofa for)
-4.5 hcs (sold throne sofa for)
-4 hcs (an offer for throne sofa)
-4 hcs and 3 holodice (sold throne sofa for) ( shop tho)
-4.5 Hcs ( an offer for throne sofa)
-4.5 hcs ( sold for by me)
-4.5 Hcs ( wanted throne sofa)

Now i averaged it out and the throne sofa still stands at 4.3 hc sofas meaning no increase and no decrease. Maybe i just saw lucky habbos getting lucky deals, or this throne sofa is wack! Im confused with this rare so let me say a quote from Jerry Mcguire " Help Me, Help You" :eusa_thin * 6-15-05

Nice research.
Keep in mind that an offer doesn't make an item go up or down.
If I offer 0.5cs for a majestic, it won't go down unless it is also traded for that price.
