Yea it barely moves when you use a scope with it, I think that's seriously unrealistic considering the rest of the game seems to be aiming for that, apart from 'Little Resistance'.

anyway i have been playing online as the campaigns are boring but the thing is I am pretty dire (level 10 i think lol). It is so frustrating, it takes me like 10 shots to kill somebody else with a machine gun when it takes somebody else 1 shot! People creep up on me and I have no idea how and I have no idea how people kill from long range without a sniper! and how do people manage to turn a corner and shoot me straight away or miss once?!

Any tips or guidance is appreciated lol

yeah you use the wii things, I've probably played an equal amount of time on the wii and ps3 version and thinking that mobility-wise the wii is easier.

I see comments on montages for guns like the mp40, ppsh stg saying noob gun or its a gun for noobs. I don't see why some of these are when they all require a little bit of skill don't they? Most good people I see use the mp40, when I say good I mean like experienced players that are like 7th prestige already(not saying there better than a like a lvl 35 or anything). Only gun I think is a bit of a noob gun is probably the ppsh because its dodgey the way sometimes when you fire at someone and miss then randomly shoot because the fire rate is so high it kills them instantly sometimes even though you didn't look where they were but even still I don't agree that its a total noob gun.

I play COD 5, but I always use the simple perks all the time, steady aim, betties or bomb squad, and ive forgotten which one I think its stopping power? Just the one which gives your bullets more damage, if that makes sense. Anyway looking for some new perks which all you pro's use? I don't really camp, I have good aim, quite good reflexes. and HATE dying, but I'm not going to be a juggernaught noob :P

I use Sleight of hand mainly because I run around with shotguns so it's quicker to reload.

Betties are just two extra kills if you place them right so I use them.

Then a protection perk.

I don't know how they do it but there usually is always a glitcher. I think they hack it or somthing.

and yes there are glitchers, nothing special as half the cod4 leaderboards were full of them.

Yeah, there were always leaderboard glitchers on CoD4, nothing new, its obvious when they've glitched it, and its just pointless.

On COD4 it wasnt a glitcher. The guy who had a ridiculous score and -deaths had his game mess up and actually cant play the game on that account because of it.

It could be the same thing?

2nd prestige lvl 57 will make 3rd prestige sometime next week, rank up about 2-3 ranks a day. I use mostly mp40 with dual ammunition, sometimes springfield and sometimes STG-44 with sight. Only ever do search and destroy now really its so much easier for ranking up if your good.

chyeah, most of that was either completely set up or you had noscoping customs, which are fine but not really montage worthy.

You got to expect it when you first start. I can go into a game and get about 40-10 with a sniper. It's all about quick-scoping on ACOG's for the kills. No scopes are just fancy, you try it 1/10 times and you hit 1/10 times. But with a little technique, it increases.

QS is not the only way people get kills with sniper without the whole 'zoom in and aim' approach. zzirGrizz developed a much easier way to no scope on Cod4 and many people use it:

That is not all no-scopes but it is mostly and they are all non-set up. There are tons more on youtube but it shows QS is not the only way to get CQ kills.


And to j4k3, your montage is good for first one but some of the frames did not fade out quick enough and sometimes it was 3 seconds of you standing still and whatnot!

Also, try to sync it with the song maybe? Like when it goes "Boom!.. here comes the hurt.. boom!" maybe have the shot timed with the "Boom!"?

Why not go in and do it in ranked when its harder. Because chances are your buddy in the pvt match was also no scoping ...... :P

I find that hard to believe as my clan leader can no-scope using the G-shot technique and has gone 18-1 (with the death being at the beggining after his first kill) so he has had 17-0 with no scopes before using that method.

And yes this was in a global TDM game. Infact it could well have been Ground War but not with full teams.

Even if its in private matches it doesnt mean its set up. It just tends to be luck but the technique they use makes it more probable for a hit.
