This basically. We have actually fired people before for doing it all in public and staff have been warned that if they wish to be unprofessional and start airing dirty laundry in public then they will go the same way.
You won't see management doing much about it because it's obviously not something we talk about to the public but I can assure you we have noticed the constant bickering and given stern advice to those involved. The annoying thing for me is that all it takes is one dj or one eo to say actually I've had enough I'm not going to fall for the bait and it would die down but we also have to remember that the staff are a bunch of hormone bombs just waiting to explode but we'll try our best to keep them controlled and avoid any casualties (okay this analogy is getting ridiculous now).

Well from my time in events and HxL, I was tormented in Events dept. but in Hxl I was accepted and everyone was nice and helpful. HxL was more of a community, because Jade, Jazz and the Heads worked really hard to keep it that way. I know in events the Senior+ people and some staff all have their own little group in the dept. and would push people away and were extremely rude to me whilst I was in the dept.

In response to what Martin said, people have followed the correct way of reporting people, yet they would never get a reply back, and no action would have been taken on it. I know this from experience and it was really annoying and depressing when people were talking down to you in events and Events Hosts only chat with the Senior+'s watching, then I reported it with the screenies yet nothing was done. When people see that one outlet is not working, they will always go to another, which in my case was to defend myself, which is why I got Fired....

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have been fired for defending yourself.

It's known already that some Events staff members don't really communicate well in their events, but this is just a matter of leaving it to the managers now to sort out. If they personally see a problem, it'll be solved. If not, then it won't be I guess? Don't really know where I was going with this, but yeah.

The moment people thought @cameron; was being serious.

Also, yeah maybe it's noticeable with Events and HabboxLive, but every department will have fall outs - the only difference is (not including the size of the departments) is the fact that those departments are publically involved with members for the majority of the time whether it be on Habbo or on air - they're the main contributors to the advertisement Habbox gets in general and if they're publically arguing and at each other's throats then why would members join; they would believe the rest of the departments are like that.

The thing is, the reason those departments are being brought up and not others is basically because they are the public ones, those little arguments in the smaller departments will occur, but behind closed doors; also, I'd have though in smaller departments, if someone didn't agree arguments would happen more due to difference in opinion and the fact there are less people to side with you or another person.

Is that not because most of them knew you as the guy who trolled every single event and was rude and disruptive right up until the moment that you decided you wanted to be part of it
