Per day? Per week?!
Surely that's every second or third day :o
Im doing my fruit etc.
5 a day
and 75 weights.
i was doing weights and noticed that i had a fading four pack.
per day
ahh right, you probably could do that straight away if you're fit then
Why don't you use your weights to effect more?

Try that, you don't have to follow all of them but it's going to be a lot more effective than just doing sit-ups and push-ups.
One thread was enough really. Good luck though, but I swear you have a goal every week! What happened to the bike you were making?
Good luck, nice routine.
wow, thats achy.Quote:

As Zuar said, and do a little first then expand on the amount when your use to it, also eat health and do other aspects.
Push ups and jogging don't real help your six pack mate.
watch it kyle. doing all that will stunt your growth at the tender age of 12.
how long did this take your mates?
3months
Then that would be half the amount you'd wanted it to be (6 months).
max situps and pushups I'd say to do is 30 not ******* 100 and 75 lmao
lol its not just about how much you can do, its a gradual long process
worst thing to do is do sit ups before you've burned the fat off down there, everybody has a six pack but most people's are covered by fat and haven't toned it up
i'm on road to getting one but it takes a few months, you need to
eat healthily, cut out on fatty foods
do excersises to burn fats that are there such as intensive cycling/running
then once you've burned the fats off start gradually doing pressups, situps
you should only be doing them about 3 times a week otherwise your just going to strain them, and to get a six pack it's not just situps :P
you should continue to eat healthily after this as well.
It really wouldn't matter if you did a 1000 every night if you aren't eating properly. You still need to make sure your diet is spot on and your body fat index is pretty low to see any definition. There's a fine fine line between someone's abs showing, and actually having good definition and well developed abs.
As mentioned, you often need to lose some body fat before even starting to train your abs, in order to see them. You might want to do crunches as well and vary their difficulty. There are machines at your local gym I imagine that specifically focus on your abs as well.
yea i try but dont do much
use weights 25 reps on each arm
50 situps daily.
if i can be bothered ill do more.
i have no fat on my chest its muscle but not shaped yet
only 14 btw
Well Done, You,

well honestly it all is down to your height, Weight, Age and genes.
Cardio Vascular exercise is the most effective kind of exercise for burning fat whilst increasing muscle mass. You cant just say to yourself i want a six pack in gonna do 100 situps a day. it needs to be thought out really carefully. If you have a few areas of fat around your body you need to get rid of fat before creating muscle because you'd be wasting your time because you'd create layers of muscle under fat, Your also gonna want a structured and realistic exercise plan and to do that it'd be best to consult a physical trainer or someone who has knowledge in that sort of area because obviously from your choices you dont have too much knowledge about Exercising and Nutrition.
give it 1day
Sounds good to me. :)
i think you need to re-read my post, because you've apparently misread it - please quote me where i've said that  oh, and its best to burn the fats by running/swimming/cyycling before doing sit ups, as its just pointless. not repeating myself, just read my earlier post.
Good luck with your progress Jake :D
Do you have it yet?? been a year and a half
omg u noob josh bumping the thread lol
