Once again you're wrong, Aero hardly "bloats the system" let alone too much, unless you're using a ridiculous system (which you are) and if you are you should be on XP not Vista as it's obviously not the right OS for your hardware.

People with modern hardware (i.e 3+ GB ram) don't care about Vista's "bloat" as they're too busy not noticing it.

What can I say, I love getting my work done instead of staring at all the pretty colours with say, Mac OS X, but hey, my pc doesn't look so bad does it?

Maybe I'll take a screenshot of Vista (which comes free with common sense 2008, the fastest antivirus known to man, so fast you don't get them!) But hey maybe it's too slow on my modern hardware. I'll just enjoy not having a crash in over 6 months.

Its excruciatingly frustrating/hard to explain, I didn't use a tutorial, but google for "OSX86 Tutorial". You can get iAtkos, Leo4All and Kalyway OSX Distros from Torrents, Warez-BB etc...

Install Method: Kalyway
Used GUID and when customizing the install I selected SSE2 and GUID only. The vanilla kernels don't work.
Audio needs to be patched. I used the AppleHDApatcher1.2 (http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=18636) and the linux codec dump (http://psykopat.free.fr/apple/AppleHDA/sigmatel/Sigmatel9200.txt) (just copy/paste into .txt file).

Thats what it says about the computer i plan on installing it on, so im downloading 10.5.1 kalyway. is that what i should be downloading? :) Got that from 10.5.1 list btw ;p

The menu bar is just the default but I've turned transparency off.

System Preferences -> Desktop & Screen Saver -> Untick Translucent Menu Bar

Its not sad, I just prefer having something new, If im not on my computer, or im in my room and listening to music while working or gaming, I will have my desktop on my computer, maybe an MSN window, so I see my desktop a fair bit. And they dont go with the wallpaper. It needs to look new and clean, thats just me, its one of my traits, simple.

What I dont understand is, at the end of the day, its a computer, does it matter, everyone gets so hyped up and having hissy fits and thinking they are clever dissing the other OS'. Its annoying. I couldnt care werther you use Mac, Windows, Linux, Lunix, Whonix, Theynix, Henix or Shenix, its a bloody computer overall.

And if anyone has a problem with me posting my desktop, or changing my icons and thinks its silly, well they really should get out more if they think there is a rule about it.

Its not that I change them every few days, I use the icons as long as possible, it was just as its close the christmas I will use some Christmas theme icons, the reason it looks tacky is because the colours dont go and I dont really like the wreaths now. I try to keep my icons the same for as long as I can until I see newer ones.

I can't remember when I got it or what it's called, however if you download DockColor you can make your dock that colour.
