The BEST program to install if you want to custome your Windows (start bar, and toolbars etc) is AlienGUIse its normally sent with Alien Ware products (comps/laptops usually) which you can download of their site ^^

You can never make it perfect in XP and the more crap you bung in to look like it the more resources you are wasting.It won't because most people favour XP (including myself) but like the interface of Vista. :)

I prefer vista though. Although atm i only have one of my Laptops on Vista, but msfc should be sending me Ultimate and business soon ;)

AlienGUIse i prefer as it customises it not only just to vista but also other cool ones.

No, its based on resolution for that, you could be using a 15" at 1280x1024 and he be using a 19" at 1280x1024 and his screenshot would fit perfectly on your screen.

Don't forget the new samsung monitors that come with a USB interface. So theoretically you could have up to 20 however i think vista only supports up to 16 or summin
