This. Best utility I've found so far, has loads of customisability - my favorite feature so far is that in Explorer it adds an "Up" button to go up a directory (Rather than using back and forward).

HP Touchpad and HTC One X, respectively. Not sure what to put in the black square - used to have a task killer widget, but no longer use one. Extra tiles on Touchpad makes choosing hard ;*( - like everything being synchronised so I can easily switch from device to device :)
