Wow, im dissapointed i missed the first MITB but that final match was outstanding. It's up there with Undertaker vs Triple H for match of the year :)

and im incredibly suprised they went along with the fact that punk actually walked with the title, there was so many ways this could of ended but i believe this was the best.

Stayed up to watch it with a mate was awesome. We both knew Del rio would win. and me being a christian/punk fan i knew they would both win. Wouldnt have christian constantly beaten then o have a match with a stipulation like that and Punk is just awesome always been a fan. When a PPV delivers, especially the main event, & then the show goes off the air w/ more questions than answers I'd say that's a good nite.

From start to finish, MITB arguably was the best wrestling PPV of the year. Highly entertaining, great crowd & gutsy in ring work. Bravo.

WWE suspends Sin Cara for 30 days (explains the reason why he was carried out on a stretcher last night)

Pictures have surfaced online of The Undertaker appearing to have a bald head! (may be fake, but who knows?)

Big Show has a distal fracture of the fibula that will keep him out of action for six to eight weeks.

Sin Cara suffered a posterior fractured rib and will be out of action for at least four weeks, but as Aaron said Sin Cara is suspended for 30 days for his violation of the companys Talent Wellness Program.

After WWE Money in the Bank went off the air, Punk exited through the crowd, leaving Vince McMahon at the entrance ramp. John Laurinaitis (This is the WWE Executive that was with Vince) was eventually helped to his feet and was escorted up the ramp, only to have Vince knock him out again. Vince then turned and walked up the entrance ramp and left. That was the end of the show, as the live crowd was then thanked for coming.

Arguably the biggest WWE superstar will be returning at Money in the Bank 2011. An email blast sent out by the WWE advertises the return of Triple H. It is unknown whether The Game will lace up the boots or just making a non-ring appearance on July 17.

It is no secret that Triple H is in the midst of winding down his in-ring professional wrestling career. The WWE recently announced that the former world champion is the new head of WWE talent development. The Game has spent his time recently helping craft the debut and signings of Sin Cara and Kharma and is currently working with upcoming talent on the WWE roster.
It will be interesting to see if Triple H makes some kind of a return to active action whether it is part time or full time. It has been well over a year since Triple H has been a regular performer on the WWE roster. Triple H disappeared last year after a feud with Sheamus and didn’t reappear until nine months later, when he returned to WWE RAW as part of the infamous 2-21-11 RAW surprise.

If less is more, Triple H is certainly making the most of his twilight years as a professional wrestler. Triple H wrestled his first match in over eleven months at WrestleMania 27. Triple H vs. The Undertaker has been regarded in some circles as one of the greatest matches in WrestleMania history, and was arguably the show stealer at this year’s WrestleMania. Triple H made one more appearance the night after WrestleMania 27 but has disappeared into the dungeons of Titan Towers ever since.

The WWE has a tough dilemma with Triple H. The talent pool has never been thinner and the only two superstars on the WWE rosters are Randy Orton and John Cena. Triple H would certainly be a welcome boost to the company roster. On the other hand, the company really needs to utilize this down period to build new stars. Bringing back Triple H is certainly a step in the wrong direction if the WWE hopes to prepare for the future.

This could also be the start of a big SummerSlam 2011 angle. There were rumors of a planned Triple H vs. The Undertaker SummerSlam match. I have heard from a few different sources that the WWE would move faster with a rematch rather than sit on it and commit this early to another WrestleMania 28 match. Of course the other side to this is that it gives Triple H the chance to get his win back without compromising the streak. While a WrestleMania 28 rematch could still be on the table, it also gives the WWE freedom to jump on an opportunity if it presents itself like an Undertaker vs. Sting, Brock Lensar, Batista, etc match.
Of course I have no idea what Triple H could do at this point back in the WWE. After all, he did say nothing else matters other than ending The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak didn’t he?

I don't think the WWE has an idea at this time of where to go with the Anonymous GM angle.

The Undertaker will end his career with the Deadman gimmick the same way he entered WWE. I for one despises the American Badass persona, it was too far removed. You also can not have the same level of drama in a match in which he's the AB compared to the Deadman.

The storyline goes that Triple H was handed power on Monday, not the night before. It's an interesting angle and I look forward to seeing which direction it takes. Clearly Vince is still in total control, but the truth behind the story is that Hunter will most likely take over once Vince gives up the ghost.

I'd say CM Punk is a face. Even if he wasn't he's unique and the fans get behind him like they got behind Stone Cold whilst Del Rio is hated for all the right reasons.

Fact: CM Punk is still under contract at WWE. He may, though, defend the WWE title at ROH or NJPW.

After everyone posting about old PPV's it made me go back and watch some classic moments on youtube.

I was watching th Eddie Gurrero tribute episode (R.I.P Eddie, one of the best ever wrestlers) and 2 things struck me.

1. How much immense respect wwe/eddie fans have. Vince announces that he wishes there to be silence for 10 bell rings, everyone starts shouting that they love eddie but as soon as the first bell rings the whole building goes completley silent.

2. How few people get the roster to come out for their departure (deceased or retired) I can only name A few and was wondering if anyone could add to this list: Eddie Gurerro, Ric Flair, Edge (Sort of Shawn Michaels but everyone was backstage :P) CM Punk if we head over to ROH. It's the ultimate display of how much a wrestler means to a company.

So ya please add to the list as i'd love to see other occasions when a company honours a wrestler in such a way.

WWE apparently offered Lesnar $1m to fight Taker at WM28, which to be fair wouldn't be that bad of a match and someone that Taker is yet to face at WM. I don't even think Lesnar faced Taker in his brief stint.

Thing is, Lesnar gets $5.5m a year just from MMA so that offer wasn't exactly head turning. Also the president of the UFC was at WWE HQ a couple of weeks ago so God knows what's going on.

Why what? Why Lesnar? Don't know, there's no real credible opponents on the current roster for Taker's 20-0 so they tried to get Lesnar back. Plus, Taker is a huge MMA fan as you probably already know with his ring attire and what not but I think Lesnar turned it down. I don't know why Vince was talking to Dana and I don't think anyone does - it's all speculation.

There's only 2 guys on the current roster that are credible opponents for Taker and that's HHH or Kane. I'd say Jericho but he's on hiatus 'til God knows when but he'll be back.

The WWE need to realise Cena isn't the majority of the fans favourite anymore. Triple H possibly won't wrestle again. Lesnar is rumoured(as discussed on here), and have you watched Sting in TNA!? He's ******* woeful, and way past it.

SCSA tweeted last night that the WWE need to sign up Samoa Joe when his TNA contract is up, I'd love to see this.

But John "Super" cena would make sence as he is the face of the company. he is known for being pretty much unbeatable. and your right theres not a majority fanbase for him, i for one hate the character, however it could be set up for Cena (Heel) vs. Undertaker (Face) for a year or so's time. It could easily be a storyline if Cena turns heel against The Rock, wins and then goes on to say he's done everything but beat the undertaker (Similar to The Games storyline). As for the Game, 1. He has stated that he is waiting for the undertakers return and 2. He has said that if the company needs him as a booster hes happy to step in the ring. Brock lesnar - we've all discussed about so yeh :P and Sting is only 5 years older than the dead man himself. And after all the hype of sting facing undertaker this year it seems almost obvious + Sting has told in an interview that a few months before wrestlemania the WWE offered him a short term contract :P

Why does it always have to be heel vs face? Taker, HHH and HBK are all faces and the last 3 streak matches have involved them. John Cena vs Taker wouldn't be a good match - their styles are just too contrasting. That said, Cena will never become heel again - if he wasn't heel in Chicago, he never will be.

Cena is not a credible opponent for Taker's 20-0 retired. The only way that could happen, anyway, is if Taker skipped WM28 and faced Cena at WM29 but then it's another year. He'll retire at 20-0 for sure anyway. Hopefully it's next year when I'm in attendance :D if not I'll be severely pissed lol.

- PWInsider.com is reporting that a brand new WWE Title has was made several months ago and will be debuted eventually as a replacement for the current spinner title which was introduced by John Cena. There is talk of possibly having Miz bring out the new belt soon as part of his title run.


Guys, if you buy the new WWE magazine(with Trips on the cover) it has a picture of what could very well be the NEW WWE championship belt. I can tell you right now it looks pretty sweet. The design is kind of like a cross between the pre-spinner, and the WHC. it has ruby studs, kind of the same design plate wise, and a more 3D version of the eagle. It\'s a pretty sweet looking belt. Unfortunately, I don\'t have a picture, but, if you get the new WWE mag, it\'s in the section where they talk about becoming a champion for the first time

Statistics are from my brain, funny thing is that he's the one going on about how much better his upbringing was while mine was probably actually 10x better.

I personally think it was just a filler, because Mistico is still on suspension.
But then again, they could have held the Sin Cara act off until he returned, but they didn't.

Interesting read, pretty much spot on if you ask me.

I'd love it if Edge really did come back, as it would give life to this dead feud that the creative team are dragging. If in the slim chance he does, it better not be a 5 minute promo, spear, then we never see him again.

I also think that Super Cena is going to come out on top (as much as I don't want it to), resulting in a MiTB cash in starting another feud with Cena and Del Rio, which also gives Triple H and CM Punk a feud, hopefully being decent. I think I would rather CM Punk and HHH, than CM Punk rolling another month down with a fight against Cena, it just gets boring when they do that.

Hopefully overall it's a good show.
