I know there is an addon out there like "Live Cockpit" or something which edits it I think. Not 100% sure.
Either:
1. Get me a clearly labeled level d 767-300er cockpit because the labels are very small
2. Label one for me
3. Find a solution :(
The labels are really small however, the aircraft is a fit bird (LOL)
Thanks!!

For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. Fortunatelly, it was at a low altitude so the decompression damage was minimal. The pilot exceeded the max airspeed for gear extended and gear was damaged. The flaps were extended at excessive airspeed and were damaged. There was an exceptional pilot on board and despite the dire situation he was able to make a successful belly landing. The Captain has also declared an emergency before landing.
Report:

Lmao I swear down I didn't do it on purpose :P
I went upstairs for a crap and came downstairs and noticed I was almost at the airport and was at 28000 ft so I did a nose dive and kept going faster and faster and it impossible to get the speed down to anything other than 300+ knots, so I just let the flaps down and the gear down and they got damaged :P So I declared an emergency landing and did a great belly landing :)
I still don't know why the door opened though, as when I landed and the air hostesses started gfoing the emergency doors are open etc, the co-pilot started yelling at me saying that I shouldn't have the door open in the air, even when I was on the ground lmao?
And you got a problem with easyjet mate? lol I was desperate for an a380 so I just downloaded the first one I could find.

Can someone post the waypoints that i need to put into my FMC in order for me to get from Dublin International to London Stansted. It must line me up with a runway at EGSS.
Also, how do you do autoland ?
Thanks :D
Scania

I dont use FMC.. But you can Autoland by using ' COURSE' or 'NAV' And typing in the vertical runway heading.. then reduce your height at your discretion.

Hey Guys! =(
It is with deep regret that we inform you that Robin Walker, BAW0003, passed away in the early hours of October, 1st.
For the few of you who may have not known him, Robin was a long-standing British Airways Virtual pilot, who served as BAV Human Resources Director since 2003. He was also a well-respected member of the VATSIM community, of which he was an administrator.
As BAV Board members, we will remember Robin as a friendly individual, always ready to help and with an everlasting sense of humour. Above all, he was a good and happy man. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
To honour Robin's memory, we have decided to retire from use the BAW0003 callsign: it will remain forever his. We are also organising a memorial fly-in, more details will be posted via NOTAM.
Good bye Robin, may you ever rest in peace.
On behalf of the HabboxForum Flight Simulation Team , British Airways Virtual , & VATSIM - RIP Robin.

Flew to Lapland last night from Luton and whilst crossing over Sweden and mainland Finland I lost altitude on a number of occasions, between 50-600ft.. Now, obv the weather conditions around these places wasn't fantastic but there wasn't really anything specifically that explained why I was getting these - Temperature wasn't too cold, no cloud in the area and no sudden rush of hot air!
Maybe it's just FS and VATSIM being silly?
Even better if anyones been to Lapland in real life! :D
Despite what Vataware says the flight was actually 3 hours 22, owing to a go around at Rovaniemi.

Right, I end this. As I have just watched your local news on-line. The guy who owns it, John Davis. Yes he has a 747 simulator in his house, he does use it as a Business. And he's also doing a good cause. He's using his simulator to fly around the world on vatsim to raise money for the " Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance" so to be honest, I don't think he's sad at all. Oh and his website is; http://www.747simulator.co.uk/

The abbreviation RTO could refer to:*Rejected takeoff - a situation where an airplane begins its takeoff run but aborts it for various reasons.* Regional Transport Office - a term commonly used in india. This is a place where vehicles are registered and tax for vehicles are collected. ...

Ill do the best I can at answering these even though I dont have the game:
What is VATISM? - I think it's an online FS for FSX and FS2004.
Is a joystick best for flight sim? - So people have said, well, easier to use.
Can you recomend me a joystick? - No, sorry.
Can you play online? - Yes.
Which is the best version of flight sim to get? - It depends on your graphics card.

2) Is a joystick best for flight sim - Yes defo
3) Can you recomend me a joystick - Not sure
4) Can you play online - Yes using VATSIM for example.
5) Which is the best version of flight sim to get. - I would say 2004

Okay, i'll set y'all straight. :)
1) Vatsim is an online Virtual Air Traffic server(s). There are a number of servers for different parts of the world that you can connect to and real people play the part of ATC and pilots. It's as real as simulated ATC will ever get in FS.
2) Yes it is. It is so awquard fiddling around with the keyboard to fly in FS. Once you get it, you'll know what I mean. :D Deffinatly get a joystick to start off with then maybe think about a yoke especially if you want to be an airline pilot, you'll need to handle the heavies well. ;]
3) It's down to personal preference. I currently use a yoke, but my old joystick which I used to use (and still do every now and then) is a Saitek ST90. Few recommendations:
Saitek (http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/joysticks.htm)
4) Yes, using something like VATSIM. If you have access to a decent server, you can use that. VATSIM and IVAO are recomended if you want to do it like 'the pros'. But make sure to read up on operations etc beforehand. ;)
5) If you have a very modern PC with dual-core processor and a very modern graphics card, go for FSX.
However, I would recommend FS9. It will work on virtually all systems nowadays and there are thousands of add-ons for it. So in my opinion, go for FS9/FS 2004.
Hope that helped. :)

1) What is VATISM - An online virtual air traffic control network, bringing FS to as "real as it gets" - You communicate with real people, some of which maybe other pilots in different planes or air traffic controllers who are real people giving you 99% realistic ATC services.
2) Is a joystick best for flight sim - Yehhhh! - Or a flight yoke.
3) Can you recomend me a joystick - A good flight yoke that costs £119.99 can be found here http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/3497081/Saitek-Pro-Flight-Yoke-System/Product.html?cm_mmc=Froogle-_-PC-_--_-Saitek+Pro+Flight+Yoke+System&source=5066&engine=froogle&keyword=Saitek+Pro+Flight+Yoke+System
4) Can you play online - Yep, VATSIM or multiplayer servers.
5) Which is the best version of flight sim to get. - FS9 aka FS2004.
Adam!

I saw this in the london metro.. It cost £15,000 - Now, I like FS and everything but for 15k I could think of alot better things to buy..

Virus riddled gauranteed and will take ages.
1) What is VATISM - An online simulation network full of other flight simulator enthusiasts. VATSIM takes flight simulation seriously so it is recommended you wait untill you know a bit.
2) Is a joystick best for flight sim - yes.
3) Can you recomend me a joystick - Saitek
4) Can you play online - Yes, thats VATSIM
5) Which is the best version of flight sim to get. FS2004
