In the thing where you put in the freq etc, select NAV1, and put in anything. Then it should work. But not on all gates, as not all are air gates.

I seriously don't think you should go on VATSIM at all untill you do all the training missions that learn you how to stabilise your craft. Learn about flaps, flaring, A/P A/T F/D spoilers etc. FMC's

Well, I've been having this idea quite a few times now, and now the hxf fs people are growing, then I shall say it.

How about a flight simulator day not necesserily on vatsim but on our own multiplayer session, we could fly like egll-kbos or something long 4-7 hours, and fly close to each other like 5nm apart?

Say if you want to join or tell me on msm if you have mine, and state other ideas as well.

It'd be a good experience anyway, and just as long as the experts don't start getting angry with the learners etc. I've been flying on this for aroudn 3 years and I'm learning things every day. I've gone back to FS2004 btw, much better and currently EGGW - LEMG Thompson Fly. B 737 800 Flight level 30.

I would hope to learn a lot more if we were to do a group flight too :D

Yeah I get the idea. Fellow people, I be the 2nd person in command as you want to call it. We could do this have TWO Flight Sim Days, one earlier say this Sunday or whenever and one later when Cody can join in. We do not need charts as such as we will be off the VATSIM network for this. The Proper Flight sim day event

As you know there is the flight sim day this Sunday at 9am, as some people are away for that, i'd like to state that the official flight simulator day, as more people are here, not just me 2 other people. The flight sim day this Sunday is like still a flight sim day, but the official one more people, if you get me. So i'd like to say the official flight simulator day will be on Tuesday 27th August starting at 0900 for an arrival in at around 1550 i'll host the multiplayer session and I hope its a great turnout event, PM me for more details and PM me if you'd like to fly. The flight will be from London Heathrow to Ghana's capital Accra.

To turn all lights on press the "L" key. :)

It's because FSX is still extremely expesnive. The deluxe version is around £60 and the nowaml one around £50

It depends what computer you will be using. You need a really good computer to play FSX and and preferablly vista. But if you don't have all that then fs2004 will serve you better :)

Yep. As others said, you need a veryy good PC to run FSX well. But FS9 you dont need as good PC, but its still very good. :)

First make sure your registered on vatsim.net Since your on FSX you have to use FSInn which can also be found on the VATSIM site. If your fully new to VATSIM i would read this: http://www.vatsim.net/prc/

I have read the prc before. And i try to download this FSinn but it says 'look online or 'save'. Instead of download or anything. So which is it i need to do?


And i can take some pictures whenever, but theres not a right lot to see apart from the Flight deck console, joystick screen and tower. Thats about it really lol.

Erm, type in localhost in the search button.. (or your ip, try both) and if nothing comes up, reinstall fsinn or squawkbox, whatever you use, then try again.
