No, just the way you take them LOL. I seen some amazing fsx shots on FSW, but others Im like you can get better in FS9. I don't mean the ground, I actually mean the aircraft the way it looks etc.

No crashes etc. are simulated in default FS software, I don't see why people would really want it anyway.
Chances are, a real aircraft with under wing engines would break up on impact anyway so the slides would be ermmmmm useless.
It's already happened. Remember the 767? Broke up like Madonna's marrige.

What? Sorry but I don't understand that post. Yes there is many people over at FSW who can provide better screenshots then all of us, but they have a more high-rated machine to cope with FSX. The shots you have posted of fsx are nothing special, its like FS9 when you take them.
Edit; Ok thats a bit over the top what I have said above. But still, i don't like the way FSX shots can look at times, a bit too shiny on the aircraft if you get what I mean. You make me laugh tom, I gave so much to you and you just throw it back at me.

I have tried to learn FMC so many times but I just find it so difficult and confusing, maybe I've thrown myself straight in the deep end by going for aircraft like Level D which I've heard is pretty difficult to learn.
I was wondering what aircraft you guys started on learning on the FMC and if you know any guides etc? I'd really like to learn how to use it..
Cheers :)

I was doing a tutorial as you know but I just simply don't have the time to complete it yet.
When I have time, I'll take you on VATSIM with the Level-D and tell you what to press, and you just simply do it at the same time and note it down.
Or atleast thats how I learned ^^.

Well we all know this sub-forum isn't exactly the way it used to be. The activity of it keeps dropping and by the next HabboxForum update it will be removed for inactivity no doubt. I say we start posting the way we used to post, 6-7 topics a day.
Not to say we will achieve this as soon as but you used to get the odd noob dropping in to see what was going on and to see/comment on what it was really about.
It would be a shame to see this sub- go down as we all worked hard to get it, so why don't we work hard to keep it?
Comments & Suggestions are all welcome.

I don't want this thread to be turned into 'I guess since people left FS, i.e. Matt Garner, its gone down hill.' Simply because this thread and the fs forum isn't about Matt Garner. Its about the community as a whole, I think we've nearly all left and came back but at the end of the day that is that and thats done.
We're drawn back to the hobby because we love it the most and its just simply what we like doing.
Maybe nearer future we all organise a big fly in with relative related callsigns, and those who are struggling with FMC we set them out for that flight.

Formation flying is great, providing both crews are briefed properly before departure and know what they're doing!! - For example, someone who has just got their PPL shouldn't start doing formation until they've some more experience.

Yep, not very good to go up formation flying unless you have more than 80 hours... or more! :p
Lots of planning and breifing goes into formation flying. It looks fun but they all say if you go out of line ATC can tell you to "cease formation" because they brand you as "not up to standards" to fly so close.
It's amazing watching to Traumahawks doing smooth turns right next to each other with the sun glaring off the underbelly.
No wonder I call it a Traumahawk... I almost experienced the infamous wing-dive spin myself!! :(

ATC wont tell you to cease formation unless they concider it dangerous though! :) - If your told to cease, you could well be awaiting a telling off too ;) lol
Wing-dive spins are fun, whilst training and your SUPPOST to be doing them.. But I'd imagine them to be pretty scary if you wasn't expecting it ;)
See thats one of the things I like about the Warrior, it's heavier so it's hard to start spiral diving etc without actually forcing it too.. I know on base with full flap config and hardly any power causes a number of stalls in the PA28 so I hate to think what it does to a PA38 haha.

Yeah:
tell you to "cease formation" because they brand you as "not up to standards" to fly so close. :P Sorry if I never typed it in a way you'd understand!
I wasn't expecting it at all... we almost started spinning, John managed you recover before an actual spin. We just dived and he recovered and went to me: "Trust me when I say this. I've done that more times than you've kicked a ball" :P
The Warrior is an amazing aircraft. I really like it, but for training I just love the Tommy too much! Many say that the Traumahawk handles just like a jet and it's not such a huge step up as going from say a C150 to a 737. If you know how to handle a Traumahawk well enough then you'll love it to bits! Not very good for your first aircraft though! Haha.

Hi Lads
Quite a lot of editing has gone into this shot to make it look 'jaggy free'. I have posted the original and then the edited version. I'm ashamed of the un edited, so it will stay as a link.

Same happened to me last night.. TCAS started going crazy, so of course I got on the mic and shouted TCAS decent and London replied "ermm yeah so you have he's climbed above his assigned left 270 degrees" - He couldn't appologise enough, although it was the pilots fault and not London.
AND THEIR WAS ONE WHERE HE d/c and had to turn you 180

The Warrior is an amazing aircraft. I really like it, but for training I just love the Tommy too much! Many say that the Traumahawk handles just like a jet and it's not such a huge step up as going from say a C150 to a 737. If you know how to handle a Traumahawk well enough then you'll love it to bits! Not very good for your first aircraft though! Haha.
According to a commercial pilot it's actually easier to takeoff an A319 than a Traumahawk and a Warrior :eusa_danc
Then again, when was the last time you heard of a wingdrop 10ft above the ground in a A319 haha.

the plan was to get stansted fully manned, and that would get us more traffic. However, it failed :( & it makes stansted look more professional, not once have i seen BB fully manned :D
