Matt, are you supposed to do something to add a paint onto an aircraft?

I downloaded the emirates livery you showed me on my other post, which is for the A330-200. I have copied the text from the readme into the Aircraft.cfg file and uploaded the "texture.EKA" in the file too. But it doesn't seem to be showing? I have tried numerous attempts. Could you help?

I have also just tried to test one of the aircraft and the sound seems to be the Cessna sound on a B777 ? :S

Correct. Anyhow this problem of Mykes has been sorted, the file ment his Aircraft.cfg not the "Effects.cfg" which there is no such thing in the FS9 main folders :)

Also to the guy who downloaded the movie in 10 minutes. 1. Most movies on the web are about 600mb. And anyway you would have to get something like 5mb a second download speed, which is almost impossible.

lol barkseh, no you don't have to take it serious, you create a flight and do what you want, maybe you could visit the eiffel tower? sydney opera house :) do what you want, all you want.

It really depends where you want to go. It's good to get some good scenery and fly to it, I find its good to see something you haven't saw when your landing. Then you can explore round the airport etc. Some scenery packs have Hotels and things around the world, their are a few cars / boats you can download so I dont see why you can't explore with them. I started at LAX and downloaded the scenery pack for it and drove round the airport and Los Angeles area, that was pretty cool.

Like the person above says, you could just go on a helicopter and fly around you favourite city or somewhere you might want to go?

It's not necessarily serious flying and thats it. I generally do spend around 1-3 hours flying to a destination though, nothing over that although I'm doing a 9hr to Miami atm. But I've x36'd the speed :P

Yup. In exactly the same place where you select your aircraft asif you were going to do a flight. Just be careful, when I was using them I kinda went full speed so was flying in a double decker bus! !

Same thing happened to me when I just tried. Best thing to do is when the popup comes up and it says "click to download here" right click the link and go to properties, copy the address into your address bar and wait for the download to come up. It worked for me that way and then loaded the original from the pop-up.

Start by holding Shift & E. The passenger door should open. If their are other doors activated I.E. Cargo etc then you can do so by hitting Shift & E and then immediately after you have pressed it hit the no.2 button, and so on up to no.4.

You can't see them walking on in person. But a program called "FSPassengers" simulates them coming to your plane. You can serve the drinks, meals, play the movie and play music while taxing etc.

At Gatwick, it only works at some gats. The way you do it is to select NAV1, and just put any freq. into it. Should work :)

If you have uk2000 scenery, then the active stopping places have like a scoreboard on them, you roll up to one and then get your radio stack up (alt+2 I think) and then switch the nav radios :)!
