Beginning of half term for many of us, so why not go on holiday to LOWW?
Many errors occurred onboard the aircraft resulting in an emergency landing in a field; navigation systems etc. went up the creek.
Just one shot before departure tonight, will post the rest tomorrow (been a busy bee with cars and gardens today, paper round tomorrow)

you need to remove it from addon scenery i think

go to options and remove the one that errors

After a wing tip strike caused by a faulty rudder system, the flight was aborted & had to land in a near by field (LEMD), the pilot, passengers & crew were all O.K and no-one was hurt.
The incident is being looked into by Thomas Cook.

Finally got a new graphics card and these are the result, I'm VERY proud of these as I have AES running aswell which I never could before. Didn't fly, it was just a little pushback investigating AES but I'm loking to do a flight tongiht if anyone is interested?

Nvidia Geforce FX5200, I turned the settings down jsut a tiny notch for AES else it lags loads but looking at new processors now!

Back at Glasgow today and had to divert to Birmingham. The winds are very strong on VATSIM recently, at one point we were reading 070 @ 25 kts gusting 47!!

Approach was terribly windy.

Instead, download NHANCER, and also make sure all your Anti Aliasing it checked in your nvidia control panel also.

Resizing to 800x500 would also help.

It's been extreamly windy these past few days, in real life yesterday it was horrible.. But it all stopped at 1500ft - Instructor wouldn't let me land because it was gusting 41 which made it a 13 knot crosswind. Oh well!

I never posted any facts, I just said they have been owned by the TUI group for a long time which they have done indeed. Just because I don't post screen shots doesn't mean I don't know much about it. I can comment if I like. And yes in settings you can change the cloud density and draw distance. And then when setting up your flight you can pick real world weather, the lower cloud settings are for people with bad graphics and slow computers.

Last time I played FSX Deluxe online was around July last year, and I have kinda forgotten how to set everything up.

Before I got this new computer, I tried to setup the online on my old PC, however it was not having it and could not work out how to connect. I do have a VATSIM Username and Password.

Could someone/somepeople give me a step by step guide on how to get my online working. I am really going to push ahead with my flying hours now, as my game will not lag, due to a new Core Quad, 4GB RAM computer.

Ahh is that after you turn the engines back on? Cus you need to hit the APU switches on the overhead panel.

I sometimes get that for some reason when the airport is say at a certain altitude. Or if you disconnect early it sometimes does not record but he could have also D/C during the flight, and when connected again didn't re-file the FP, which also for me does not work :)

Haha yea, joystick got delivered today, so I installed FS9 and took the lessons etc. And then set up a flight from Taumarunui, dunno where the destination is, but ended up landing at a Taupo runway, both runways were way too small for the Air New Zealand Boeing 777-200 ZK-OKA.

I don't know how to do the whole online thing yet but I'm sure I'll find out.

FS2004, is your best pick. It's possible to play with a keyboard. Just impractical.

Heh, well believe or not I am flying with Thomsonfly on October 1st at 6:00am on TOM1901, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to with Matt and G-BOAH on this one!

I love the First Choice livery! How the hell can they change it to the yukky yellow and red?! :( Thomsonfly livery I think was a bit plain... still better than the yellow and red.
