Saitek Aviator I use its cheap and alot of features (rudder, switches, buttons, POV hat)

As to Add-ons I suggest A headset and PMDG.

Simply because VATSIM is too strict for my liking and there's people on there that slit if you put flaps down too quickly 8-) [exaggerating I know]

But you would if there were very strong crosswinds!
If you where on finals, on the ILS/LOC, visual or none visual it's impossible that anyone would see the runway you where landing on from a cabin with side facing windows.

The law of physics make it IMPOSSIBLE!

As I said, in a go around or before establishing/finals you may well see the runway - But not when your actually on finals, IMPOSSIBLE! :D

Adam is right you know you cant poke your head out the window and look at the runway.

Recursion
22-03-2008, 06:34 AM
Oh for god sake. In a crosswind landing you have to turn so you aren't going straight towards the runway, one of the sides of the plane is facing the runway partially how much depending on how strong the crosswinds are. If your a passenger in a passenger plane you and you are looking through the the window and can see the runway your about to land on then its a bit scarey ;l

Starting to think it MAY be possible in a 747 ecause of the way it goes inward at the front.

Hello all,

Today as many of you know was the annual Cross the Pond event. Now this morning I loaded up at LHR expecting to fly to Boston, but i encountered many problems. First, no traffic was visable, so i had to restart FS resulting in me loosing my slot time; which I then recieved another for. Traffic then started to just go ahead, so by this time I had enough and just gave up!
I decided to do a few other flights, so did EGKK - EIDW - EGKK, having full ATC the whole way. Was amazing I must say!

Just got one shot as I shut down at EGKK after my 2 flights:
Sorry for it not being an amazing shot.

2nd one, no the passengers from the cabin would not have seen the runway from an angle to cause alarm
